FAQ
Do I need to book?
Express is walk-in only. For Standard, book at kacha.as.me or walk in when a room is free. If there’s a queue, a booking gets you in first.
How do I find you?
We’re on Level 2 of Block A at Eco Palladium, the block opposite Chagee. There’s parking on site and a lift up.
How do I pay?
We accept cash and QR payment. We are sorry that we do not accept cards at the moment.
How many people can come in?
5 are included. Extra people are RM5 on Express or RM10 on Standard. Up to 9 still feels comfortable.
Can we book for a company or a big group?
Yes. For team photos, company events or several rooms at once, DM us on Instagram and we’ll put a package together.
Do you have props? Can I bring mine?
Yes, we have plenty of props, free to use. You are welcome to bring your own outfits and props too. Cakes are welcome, we just kindly ask that they stay on the table.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Pets are RM15 on Express or RM30 on Standard.
Do I get soft copies?
Standard comes with soft copies of your prints. For every shot, add RM15 on Express or RM30 on Standard.
Are the photos filtered?
No. We shoot on a Canon EOS RP, so skin and colours come out the way they look in real life.
Can I get a LinkedIn headshot here?
Yes. Room 3, with its white wall and beige curtain, is ideal for headshots.
What if I’m late or can’t make it?
If you are running late, walk-in guests may be served first and we will fit you in as soon as we can. If you are unable to attend, we are sorry that the RM30 deposit cannot be refunded.

Kacha Kacha is ideal for bigger groups, with plenty of props and prices from RM20. Portraits. offers themed booths, retouched photos and designed prints.
