We have set up the lighting and camera for you, so all you need to do is enjoy your time together. Every session includes a natural retouch on each photo and prints for you to keep.

FAQ

Do I need to book?

Not at all, walk-ins are welcome any time we are open. On weekends, we recommend booking to avoid waiting.

How long does a visit take?

Plan for about 30 minutes. That’s 15 minutes in the booth, then time to choose your favourites while we print and cut them.

How do I pay?

Cash, QR or card.

How many people can come in?

2 are included. Each extra person is RM30, up to 6 in a room. The camera frames 2 to 4 people best.

Will someone be watching?

No, you will have the booth to yourselves. You take the photos with a foot pedal.

What do I take home?

You choose your 8 favourite shots. We lay them out into 15–16 prints in your booth’s design and send you every photo in full resolution.

How do I get my photos?

On iPhone, by AirDrop before you leave. On Android, we send you a download link.

Do the photos get edited?

Yes. Each photo gets the booth's filter and a gentle, natural retouch.

Can I use the ID booth photos for my passport or IC?

We are sorry, they are styled and filtered, so they will not meet official photo requirements.

Do you run promotions?

No, we keep one price for everyone, every day.

Can I bring outfits, props or a cake?

Yes, you are very welcome to bring all three. We just kindly ask that cake stays on the table.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, at no extra charge.

What if I’m late?

If you are running late, walk-in guests may be served first and we will fit you in as soon as we can. There is no deposit, so please do not worry.

Portraits. offers themed booths, retouched photos and designed prints. Kacha Kacha is ideal for bigger groups, with plenty of props and prices from RM20.
